millerostock offer Free shipping Wordwide. No minimum purchase is required.
We use Federal Express for all shipments. You will receive a unique tracking number with your order confirmation by e-mail. Deliveries are made to your address on workdays between 8 am and 5 pm (local time).
All orders are packed in our millerostock bag, which ensure protection during shipment.
Payment can be made by Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, and JCB debit cards. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon shipment.
All credit card transactions are processed using a secure online payment gateway. This payment gateway ensures that your credit card details are encrypted and protected in a secure host environment. Furthermore, we use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, which encrypts and protects the data processed through the internet. This means that none of your data can be read by anyone but millerostock.com.
Receiving a refund
Your refund will be credited to your credit card excluding shipping costs. Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through millerostock. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. Exchanges made will be submitted to the same customs procedures, therefore applicable for duty and tax again.
If you decide to return a purchased product, we will gladly perform an exchange or refund. Any product that you wish to return must be returned within 14 days of receipt and in the same condition and in its original packaging with all hang tags and goods that are in the same condition as at time of release from us.
If you are exchanging a product and the value of the new item is less than that of the one you are returning, we will refund the difference using your original payment method.
Additional payment will be required, if the value of the new item is greater than that of the one you are returning. When exchanging a product, you will be eligible to pay a new delivery charge..
The refund includes the full value of the items returned excluding shipping costs.

Please return items within 14 days of the date of your delivery. Returns outside these timeframes may be accepted at the discretion of millerostock, and depending on the circumstances may only be refunded as a store credit.
Goods are faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
If you would like to exchange a faulty item (instead of obtaining a refund), please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If it cannot be repaired or the same product is not available, you are entitled to a full refund.

Taxes and duties
As the recipient, you may have to pay for import duties, customs and local sales taxes upon receipt of your order or at a later date depending on your customs authority
Insurance & lost goods
All items are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from millerostock to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance.
If your package is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you either refuse the delivery, or make a note when signing for it that you are accepting a damaged package. It is also necessary that you contact millerostock as soon as possible if the package or the items inside are damaged. We will then take the necessary actions.
