Signing up/my account

Do I need to sign up in order to shop?

No. But setting up an account with us will allow you to order without having to fill in your address details every time you shop.

Once you have signed up, you'll be able to log into My Account anytime you want. This is where you go if you want to change your password, email address, view order history/status and delivery info.
 

Product information

I have seen something advertised but cannot find it on the site.
Just type the name of the item into the search box at the top of the homepage, and it will take you straight to the right page.
If you still can't find it, or you're not sure what you're looking for, please contact Customer Service and we'll try to track it down for you.
 

How do I get information on seasonal sales?

Sign up to receive our newsletter and you'll be the first to know about sales, promotions, new items in stock etc. 
 

How do I know if an item is in stock?

If an item you want to purchase is out of stock, please email to info@millerostock.com to find out if there is a waiting list or you can order it again.
 

How will I know if you have received my order?

You will receive a confirmation email from us acknowledging that your order has been received when your credit card details have been approved.
 

Delivery information

Do you send to Post Office boxes?
Yes to certain countries. We only ship to Post Office boxes in the following countries: Bahrain, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.

How much is shipping cost?

We ship within U.A.E. for free and the rest of the world a flat rate of €20. 
 

Do you ship to freight forwarding addresses?

No, we do not deliver to forwarding addresses.
 

Is my package insured?

Yes. All our packages are shipped by Federal Express with a tracking number.

What payment methods can I use?

We accept Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro and JCB Cards
 

When do you charge my credit card?

We will charge your credit card upon shipment.

Is it safe to use my credit card?

Yes. All credit card transactions on our site are using SSL (secure socket layer) a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment that protects the data you send to us over the internet.
 

Is my personal information kept private?

Yes, we consider all of the information you share with us to be totally private and confidential. At no point will millerostock share, rent or sell your personal information.
 

How will I get a refund?

All returned product that has not been worn or used and returned in their original package with all garment tags still attached will be refunded to the purchaser’s credit card exclude shipping cost.
